Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 27, 2026
Crit & Ale LLC strives to provide exceptional live entertainment experiences. Because many of our events involve limited seating, venue reservations, staffing, and advance preparation, the following policies apply.
Public Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated on the event listing:

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest for the same event if you notify us before the event begins.

If space is available, we may allow a ticket to be transferred to another date for the same event with at least 48 hours' notice. This is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
If Crit & Ale cancels an event, guests will receive either:

a full refund, or
-
the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically be honored for the new date. Guests who cannot attend the rescheduled date may contact us to discuss available options.
No refunds will be issued for:

missed events,
-
late arrivals,
-
no-shows,
-
removal from an event due to disruptive behavior,
-
dissatisfaction with venue food, beverages, weather, parking, or other factors outside our control.
Private Events
Private event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit.
Unless your agreement states otherwise:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may apply the deposit toward one rescheduled date within six months, subject to availability.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Remaining balances are due according to your service agreement.
Travel fees, venue fees, permits, or third-party expenses already incurred may also be non-refundable.
Severe Weather
Our events generally proceed as scheduled unless the venue closes or travel is deemed unsafe.
If Crit & Ale cancels due to severe weather or another emergency, guests will receive refund or transfer options.
