9 to 5 Dolly Parton Tribute Event

Grab your rhinestones, tease that hair, and join Crit & Ale and Nirvana Coffee and Games on Friday, September 25, for an evening dedicated to the one and only Dolly Parton.

We’re giving our usual Friday-night festivities a full Dolly makeover, with themed Critical Hit Trivia followed by Critical Hit Karaoke. Test your knowledge of Dolly, country music, and pop culture, then step up to the mic and sing your heart out. Dolly songs are highly encouraged, but all karaoke selections are welcome.

This evening is also about celebrating Dolly’s incredible commitment to childhood literacy. Crit & Ale will donate 50% of our proceeds from the event to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, helping provide free books to young children.

Consider it our rhinestone-studded tribute to Dolly and a not-so-subtle middle finger to the State of Missouri for cutting funding to such an extraordinary program.
